Augur Sportsbook

A major request from users was a traditional sportsbook interface - something familiar, where they could easily place bets using standard odds formats. The goal was to make crypto-based betting feel as seamless as possible for everyday sports fans.

Markets were sourced from the Augur protocol, with related markets grouped by event. All trades were denominated in USDC, and market resolution was handled quickly via Chainlink price feeds.

The UI was intentionally designed to strip away the complexities of crypto - focusing instead on a clean, intuitive experience optimised for mobile. However, onboarding through wallets like MetaMask still posed a significant barrier for many users.

To support European bettors, we also built a betting exchange UI, allowing users to back or lay outcomes - offering more flexibility while maintaining the overall simplicity of the platform.
